Mare Athletics Shipping Policy

We keep shipping straightforward and transparent — no surprises.

Here’s what to expect 👇

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During launches, restocks, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended — but we’ll always keep you posted.

2. Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

  • U.S. Orders: Estimated delivery in 3–7 business days after processing

  • International Orders: Estimated delivery in 7–14 business days after processing

Please note: delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Any applicable shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address,
the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

Mare Athletics is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier first.
If you need help, reach out to us — we’ll do our best to assist.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

We’ll take care of it.

8. International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

These fees are not controlled by Mare Athletics and are the customer’s responsibility.
