Mare Athletics Return & Refund Policy

 

We keep it simple — no tricks, no drama.
If something's off, we'll make it right.

Here's how it works 👇

 

  1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

After that, we unfortunately can't accept it.

 

2. How to Return

We don't offer prepaid labels or return codes (yet).
Ship your item back using any courier of your choice to our warehouse return address.
Include your order number and full name inside the package.

👉 We'll provide the return address once you contact us by email.
After shipping, email us your tracking number so we can identify your return.

Returns sent without tracking information may experience processing delays.


3. Return Shipping

If the return is our mistake (wrong item, damaged item, or fulfillment error),
we'll cover return shipping — no questions asked.


If the return is for personal reasons (size, fit, change of mind), return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Return Conditions

Returned items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.


5. Non-Returnable Items

All final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.


6. Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.


7. Important Notes

    •    Do not send returns to the sender address on your package — this is not our return warehouse.

    •    Mare Athletics is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We recommend using a trackable service.
